  • Brokerage Charges and Fees
  1. Details of brokerage rates (intraday, delivery, F&O, etc.)
  2. Statutory charges (STT, GST, SEBI turnover fees, stamp duty, etc.)
  3. Demat account charges (AMC, transaction charges)
  • Order Execution
  1. Orders are executed on a best-effort basis
  2. Right to reject orders under unusual circumstances
  3. No guaranteed execution price (market volatility disclaimer)
  • Margin and Risk Disclosure
  1. Margin requirements and maintenance rules
  2. Auto square-off and penalty for shortfall
  3. Risk of leverage and position liquidation
  • Trading Platform Use
  • Terms for using mobile/web trading platforms

  • Client responsible for secure login and order placement
  • Settlement and Payout
